Good application, but there are issues with this version update
After update is installed it is still displayed in available updates, seems strange
Very good program
Well thought out and designed. Easy to use. All the features it should have for an amateur astronomer or casual observer.
Its the best Ive seen in terms of the ease of use and the clarity of the display, but it would be nice if reference lines were added: the ecliptic, celestial equator, right ascension and declination.
Runs nice and smooth on my 2009 MacBook Pro. The GUI is simple and intuitive. Plenty of information to satisfy the novice amateur astronomer. Makes a great planning tool.
I got the app for the iPhone first and loved it so much I got the OS X version too. There are so many good things about this app. Lots of options so that the user can set it up the way he/she wants. Beautiful sky views. Lots of information of sky objects. Makes me wish I had a telescope and lived somewhere with a clear view of the sky all around me.
